We recently realised a two-lane stainless-steel KPAD conveyor belt installation for the efficient and hygienic processing of heavy bags. This installation (measuring 850 × 600 mm) was specially designed to transport 5 and 10 kg bags of croutons and perfectly meets the requirements of the modern food production industry.

With the help of a sideways-mounted pusher, the bags are checked and efficiently moved from the wide to the narrow belt. The system works smoothly and without jolting, which prevents damage to products and improves operational reliability. The robust and easy-to-clean KPAD belts make this solution perfect for use in hygienic production environments, e.g. in the food industry.
The full KPAD conveyor belt installation was already assembled on delivery and ready for immediate use in the production environment. Adjustable, hygienic support legs and stainless-steel base plates ensure a stable setup and allow for easy modifications to the line.
