The JPFD Spiral was designed to transport both unpackaged products (meat, fish and dough products) and packaged products such as instant meals.
Friction inserts are available for processing smooth or frozen products. These optional anti-slide surfaces provide stable vertical transport, even under challenging conditions.
The JPFD Spiral does not require any lubrication and only little maintenance. The combination of a stainless-steel frame and an open, modular plastic belt makes this spiral conveyor easy to clean, which is a major benefit in production environments where food safety is paramount. With the JPFD Spiral, it is also possible to extend the spiral’s in- and output.
