Gaux GmbH, a company that specialises in the purchase and sale of bakery machines and production lines, has commissioned Jonge Poerink Conveyors to deliver an innovative twin JPHD spiral conveyor to one of its clients. This state-of-the-art conveyor solution allows for the efficient and flexible transport of packaged goods using two independent, flexible production lines.
The JPHD spiral conveyor was specially designed for the smooth and reliable transport of boxes of delicate products. We installed a downward spiral at Gaux GmbH’s end client. It is suitable for the two-lane transport of boxes measuring 190x190x60 mm and 230x230x100 mm. This system ensures an optimal product flow and minimises the risk of damage to the products.
The JPHD spiral conveyor has a robust and low-maintenance construction. This gives the end client a streamlined production process with minimal downtime. The smart configuration and state-of-the-art technology of this conveyor solution contribute to increased productivity and efficient use of the available production space.
