Just before the start of the new year, Jonge Poerink Conveyors moved to a new, state-of-the-art building. The building is located at Vormerij 11 on the Westermaat De Veldkamp business park in Borne. With this move, the family business from Twente is setting course for further growth, innovation and professionalisation.
The new building has a surface area of circa 8,200 m². It is fully equipped to house our current and future production processes. This creates opportunities for further expansion. In addition, the new location offers greater flexibility and efficiency. This will allow Jonge Poerink Conveyors to better accommodate the growing demand for modular, durable and hygienic conveyors.
For more than ninety years, Jonge Poerink Conveyors was based in an inner-city industrial building. The company’s new location is expansive and easily accessible. The building combines state-of-the-art production areas with modern offices. Furthermore, it was designed with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Its appearance matches our company’s innovative and technical nature.
The new production site is set up to accommodate the plant of the future: smart, agile and future-proof. Digitalisation, automation and data-driven processes play an increasingly prominent role in the development and production of conveyors. At the same time, flexibility, rapid conversion and compliance with stricter regulations are integral aspects of the new facility’s design.
