The JPFD120 Hygienic Spiral was designed for the hygienic transport of both unpackaged and packaged food products, including meat, fish, dough products and instant meals. With the friction inserts made of wear-resistant PA6 FDA material, even smooth or frozen products can be transported vertically with ease.
With its open, modular plastic belt, stainless-steel frame and integrated guidance, the JPFD120 Hygienic Spiral guarantees maintenance-free operation without lubrication. This makes the spiral conveyor ideal for use in production lines where hygiene and continuity are essential.
