With a vertical downward transport direction, two 610 mm conveyor belts and powerful SEW drives, this transport solution ensures an efficient and reliable product flow.

Properties and benefits

  • Optimal capacity – two separate spiral conveyor belts within a single frame; that means four rotations for the inner spiral and three rotations for the outer spiral.
  • Equipped with two SEW drives for a reliable and even product flow.
  • Ideal for frozen pizzas – each conveyor belt has enough room for two rows of pizzas (Ø250 mm) and a load capacity of up to 3 kg per metre.
  • Efficient transport heights – starts at an input height of 3,750 mm and ends at an output height of 900 mm for a smooth transition in the production process.
  • Smooth and safe operation – a belt speed of 25 metres/minute and an intelligent product placement of 2×2 rows ensure an efficient product flow.
