Puma Compact Lite Curve

Light, compact and flexible: the Puma Compact Lite Curve

A versatile option from our Puma Series: the Puma Compact Lite Curve. This curved conveyor is the lighter version of the Puma Compact curved conveyor. The modular belt is available in many sizes, making it an exceptionally flexible conveyor system with a very attractive price point. With its plastic belt made of Polyacetal (POM), this model is food approved. This makes it a popular solution in e.g. the baking industry, but it is also highly suitable for non-food applications. The modular properties of this curved conveyor offer myriad flexible options for tailor-made solutions.

Ease of maintenance and low costs

Just like the other systems in our Puma Series, the Compact Lite Curve offers ease of maintenance and low costs. The robust construction results in a long life cycle with a low total cost of ownership. The modular belt is also easy to replace. In fact, many clients opt to replace their curved cloth conveyors from other brands with this solution to reduce their maintenance and repair costs. This type of curved conveyor offers excellent value for money, making it a very attractive option.

    Main properties and benefits
    Suitable for various industries

The modular Puma Compact Lite Curve changes direction with ease and can be seamlessly integrated in various industries. This results in minimal downtime – flexibility, reliability and efficiency in a single solution.

    Durable and cost-efficient

The high-grade materials make the Puma Compact Lite Curve highly resistant to wear and tear, resulting in a longer life cycle, less maintenance and lower costs. That means less downtime and a more efficient production process.

    No lubrication needed

The Puma Compact Lite Curve does not require any lubrication, which simplifies maintenance and reduces your operational costs. That makes it ideal for use in environments where reliability is paramount.

Minimum inner radius of 500 mm

The smaller belt pitch optimises the transfer to other conveyors, while the smaller inner radius allows for a compact footprint.

    FDA-approved (blue) belt

The use of a plastic belt made from Polyacetal (POM) makes this curved conveyor suitable for applications in the food industry. This material meets food safety requirements and is easy to clean.
