We delivered an innovative conveyor solution to Unidex Poland: a Puma Compact Lite Curve with two Cleatracs with knife-edge transfers. This system ensures a perfect and smooth transfer of bakery products from the oven to the packaging machines.
The knife-blade technology prevents damage to vulnerable products and ensures they remain positioned correctly. The woven stainless-steel conveyor belt keeps products from falling through and is able to withstand both high and low temperatures. In addition, the entire conveyor system is powered by a single powerful motor, resulting in efficient and energy-efficient production.
