Investing in the future: a focus on craftsmanship and development

At a time when finding the right craftsmen poses a major challenge, it is essential to bring talent and ambition together. It is also important to respond to the rapidly changing technical sector. At Jonge Poerink Conveyors, we believe in the power of training and development. On behalf of our company, Arthur Oude Roelink has therefore signed the IKBINDR-ship, an initiative of the Twents Fonds voor Vakmanschap.

With this ambassadorship, we aim to foster a culture with a focus on learning. We also aim to create opportunities for both working people and job seekers. They can attain tertiary vocational education (MBO) level 4. By continuously improving people’s knowledge and skills, we work together to resolve the shortage of craftsmen and offer everyone the opportunity to realise their ambitions. Together, we can build a future-proof region full of technically adept professionals!

“By signing this ambassadorship, we want to demonstrate that we not only believe in growth, but also actively contribute to it. Everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and develop themselves. By investing in people’s knowledge and skills together, we can build a strong future for both our people and the technical sector here in Twente.”

We build the future together, because learning and developing never stop.
