For our Norwegian client Prosess Industri AS, we developed a tailor-made JPFD Switch, based on a JPFD-120 belt. This advanced technology helps to optimise the internal logistics in the fish processing industry.
The JPFD Switch is designed as an innovative flared frame with a built-in cylinder, allowing the conveyor belt to run both from left to right and from right to left. This flexible configuration ensures that packaged salmon are efficiently transported and divided between two different outflow points.
The JPFD Switch is directly connected to the packaging line and controlled through a combination of electronic and pneumatic controls. This results in the accurate and reliable division of the products, which in turn contributes to a smooth production process and greater efficiency within the plant.
