Hygienic and efficient food transport: the Sani Line

The Sani Line is an innovative conveyor belt from Jonge Poerink Conveyors’ Sani Series, specially developed for transporting food products with maximum hygiene. This conveyor combines the benefits of traditional conveyor systems with a modern, easy-to-maintain design. The result is a durable, robust and hygienic conveyor solution for the food industry.

Innovative conveyor solution for the food industry

With the Sani Series, Jonge Poerink Conveyors sets a new standard for hygienic conveyor systems. Compared to traditional conveyor belts, the Sani Line is less susceptible to damage, easier to clean and offers better value for money. The conveyor belt is available with a frame made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, designed for heavy-duty daily use.

Hygienic, safe and easy to maintain

Like the other conveyors in the Sani Series, the Sani Line meets the highest hygiene requirements, as well as USDA and FDA guidelines. With the open belt structure and smart design, it is possible to remove essential components without any tools, allowing for fast and thorough cleaning. This results in shorter maintenance and repair times and increased operational efficiency.

Furthermore, the Sani Line is suitable for metal detection and X-ray technology, which effectively prevents food contamination and optimally safeguards product safety.

Suitable for a variety of food products

Whether you want to transport meat, fish, deep-fried products, snacks, cookies, dough products, candy or chocolate, the Sani Line is widely applicable in the food industry. The small transfers ensure even products with small dimensions are transported with ease.

    Durable thanks to Delrin®

The Sani Line conveyor belt utilises Delrin®, a food-safe and wear-resistant material that offers a longer life cycle and lower maintenance costs. This material upgrade increases operational efficiency, makes the belt easy to clean and remains fully compatible with existing systems.

    Benefits of Delrin®:

    • High wear resistance and long life cycle.
    • Lower maintenance costs.
    • Suitable for metal detection and X-ray inspection.
    • Meets FDA guidelines and European food safety standards.

Part of a complete Sani installation

The Sani Line is part of the Sani Series, together with the Sani Curve for hygienic curved conveyor sections and the Sani Transfer for optimal product transfers. By combining these elements, it is possible to realise a tailor-made conveyor solution for any production environment that offers maximum hygiene and efficient maintenance.
