The JPHD-XL Conveyor is built for heavy-piece goods transportation and represents an evolution of our well-known JPHD Series. Available in belt widths of 400, 500, and 600 mm, it features a standard middle radius of 800 mm. What sets it apart is the substantial support provided by a metal insert under the belt, ensuring stability and preventing the bending of panels.
Our unique design allows panels to interlock rather than overlap, creating a completely level belt deck. This guarantees a stable transport for your products, eliminating the risk of items like bags getting stuck – a common issue in the market.
The JPHD-XL Conveyor is offered in painted and stainless steel versions, with the stainless steel variant being fully washable for easy cleaning. It’s a better alternative to the competition’s wing-panel conveyors.
