The JPHD-XL Conveyor offers unmatched power and robustness for heavy-duty operation. This heavier variant of the JPHD Conveyor can handle even heavier loads with ease. With belt widths of 400 to 600 millimetres, this conveyor is particularly suited for the logistics sector or as an end-of-line system in the food-processing industry.
Heavy loads, large general cargo, non-stop operation; with its sturdy belt, the JPHD-XL Conveyor is virtually indestructible. The bearings mounted underneath the belt on both sides prevent it from running out of the frame, which all but eliminates the risk of damage to the panels. Available in widths of 400, 500, or 600 millimetres, the belt can also be fitted with optional anti-slip inserts. Interlocking panels prevent product damage, which is a major benefit compared to traditional wing belts. Frames come in stainless steel or coated plain steel.
With its exceptionally flexible design, the JPHD-XL Conveyor can be customised to integrate into virtually any industrial environment. The minimal number of transfers and motors allows this belt to run straight or in curves, as well as up and down. If you want to transport heavy loads up or down on limited floor space, the JPHD-XL Spiral may be perfect for you. Our technical specialists are happy to offer tailor-made advice.
Although the technical benefits speak for themselves, this conveyor also offers a number of advantages in terms of price, costs and efficiency:
The minimal number of transfers and motors greatly reduces the risk of product damage and disruptions to the product flow, resulting in optimal efficiency!

With its strong belt (with a width of 400, 500 or 600 mm), the JPHD-XL Conveyor is ideal for transporting large individual cargo, heavy-duty use and non-stop operation. Bearings on both sides prevent the belt from running out of the frame and damage to the panels.
The interlocking panels prevent product damage, while the robust construction minimises wear and tear of the frame and other components. This is a major advantage compared to traditional wing belts.
Straight sections, curves, ascending and descending sections can all be combined into a single continuous belt, with a minimal number of transfers and motors. This saves space, energy and maintenance costs.
With its low maintenance requirement and affordable price, the JPHD-XL combines technical performance with economic benefits.
